By creating an account or using AscendaBox, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account using a valid email from a recognized provider.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You can delete your account at any time. Data may remain temporarily for processing and system safety before being fully removed.
• Some features are available offline, but an account is required for full access.

3. Plans and Payments

• AscendaBox offers a free plan with limited daily usage and paid plans available through Google Play and Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions are handled by the respective app stores, including billing, renewals, and cancellations.
• Prices, tiers, and limits may change from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

4. User Content

• You own the vocabulary, notes, and other content you create. Each Word Profile is provided solely for your personal learning purposes and must not be used for any commercial or improper activity.
• By using AscendaBox, you grant us permission to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You agree not to upload or share illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

5. Service Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or disrupt the Service.
• Access or attempt to access data you do not own.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of AscendaBox.

6. Learning Disclaimer

AscendaBox is an educational tool designed to assist your learning process. We do not guarantee language mastery or specific results.

7. Privacy

We collect only your email to create and manage your account. More details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available within the app or on our website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
