You can delete your AscendaBox account directly from within the app at any time:
Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
If you no longer have access to your account or device, you can reset your password from any device using your registered email. After signing in again, follow the in-app steps to delete your account from the Drawer Menu.

We temporarily retain deleted account data for up to 90 days to ensure secure processing and prevent accidental or malicious deletions. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect your data during this time.
